REPAIR METHOD FOR FILLER LAYER OF CONCRETE SLAB TRACK
To provide a repair method for a filler layer which can carry out in a short time, work to repair a wide range of the CA mortar layer serving as a filler layer between a roadbed concrete and a track concrete slab of a concrete slab track.SOLUTION: A repair method for a filler layer, which digs the filler layer located between a roadbed concrete and a track concrete slab in a concrete slab track from a side of the concrete slab track and filling a repair material therein, comprises: a first step of digging the filler layer down to a designated depth from the side of the concrete slab track; a second step of fitting sinking-prevention means onto a side face of the track concrete slab to prevent a side part of the track concrete slab from sinking; a third step of inserting a repair bag with multiple valves on its back part into a space made by the digging in the first step, positioning the valves to face a deep part of said space; a fourth step of forming a repair body by filling the repair material into the repair bag and curing it; and a fifth step of removing the sinking-prevention means fitted onto the side face of the track concrete slab during the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】短時間にスラブ軌道の路盤コンクリートと軌道スラブとの間の填充層としてのＣＡモルタル層を広範囲にわたって補修する作業を実施することができる填充層の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】スラブ軌道において路盤コンクリートと軌道スラブの間に設けられている填充層を、スラブ軌道の側方から掘削して補修材を充填する填充層の補修方法において、填充層をスラブ軌道の側方から所定の奥行深さまで掘削する第１工程と、軌道スラブの側面に該軌道スラブの側部の沈み込みを防止する沈み込み防止手段を取り付ける第２工程と、第１工程により掘削された空間内に背部に複数の弁を備えた補修用袋を、弁が前記空間の奥部に対向するように挿入する第３工程と、補修用袋へ補修材を充填し硬化させることで補修体を生成する第４工程と、第２工程により軌道スラブの側面に取り付けられた沈み込み防止手段を取り外す第５工程と、を含むようにした。【選択図】図２
