To provide a renovation fixture capable of restricting longitudinal movement of a cover material.SOLUTION: A renovation fixture 1 comprises: a new frame 2 that is attached to an existing frame 6 disposed at an opening of a building 100 and is formed by combining four edges together; an attachment frame 3 which is formed by combining four edges together and attached to an outer periphery of the new frame 2, and then attached to an inner peripheral side of the existing frame 6; an elongate cover material 53 attached to the attachment frame 3 or new frame 2; and a restriction structure 335 to restrict longitudinal movement of the cover material 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
