To provide a renovation fixture that allows easy adjustment of a vertical position of a newly installed frame.SOLUTION: A renovation fixture 1 comprises a vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 capable of adjusting a vertical position of a newly installed frame 3. The vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 comprises a long hole 72 extending a predetermined length in a vertical direction, a slit 73 open at a lower end and extending in the vertical direction, an adjustment member 81 movable in the vertical direction along the slit 73 with its lower end 813a in contact with an existing lower frame 22, a first screw 82 that penetrates into the long hole 72 and can fix the adjustment member 81 and a newly installed lower frame 32, and a second screw 83 that fixes the adjustment member 81 and the newly installed lower frame 32. The adjustment member 81 has a first plate 811 disposed on a back side of the plate 71 extending in a depth direction, a second plate 815 disposed on a front side of the plate 71 extending in the depth direction, and a connection portion 816 that is disposed through the slit 73 and connects the first plate 811 and the second plate 815.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
