To provide a renovation fixture that can build multiple types of face materials on the inner peripheral side of an existing frame and can simplify the works of fitting to the existing frame.SOLUTION: A renovation fixture is fitted to an existing frame installed on a building, is used for a renovation being able to form an opening with an opening width smaller than the inner opening of the aforesaid existing frame, and comprises a new frame that is fitted to the periphery of the inner peripheral side of the aforesaid existing frame. The aforesaid new frame comprises multiply divided inner openings each of which has a surface material mounted on, and is face-to-face fitted on the inner peripheral surface of the aforesaid existing frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
