To provide a renovation fixture that can simplify the fitting work when a new frame with an open width smaller than an open width of an existing frame is fitted to the existing frame.SOLUTION: A renovation fixture is fitted to an existing frame installed on a building, is used for a renovation together with a bathroom unit that has an opening with an open width smaller than the inside opening of the existing frame, and comprises a new frame that is fitted on the periphery of the inner peripheral side of the existing frame. The new frame has a hollow part that is adjusted to make the open width of the inside opening of the existing frame meet the open width of the opening of the bathroom unit, and is fitted face-to-face on the inner peripheral surface of the existing frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
