LONGITUDINAL MEMBER DRAWING CHUCK AND LONGITUDINAL MEMBER DRAWING METHOD
To provide a technique enabling an existing longitudinal member to be noninvasively held and simply drawn from installation location thereof with low noise and low vibration.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a chuck 20, which is detachably mounted on a longitudinal member in order to pull out an existing longitudinal member 12 from a foundation part 14. The chuck 20 has: a cylindrical contact layer 40, which surrounds an outer peripheral surface of the longitudinal member, has elasticity at least in a radial direction and has soft material at least in a surface layer, and has a substance contacting the outer peripheral surface of the longitudinal member in an inner peripheral surface of the contact layer; an outer frame 50 that holds the contact layer 40 so as to support the contact layer from behind and noninvasively holds the longitudinal member by making the contact layer contact the outer peripheral surface of the longitudinal member in a compressed state within elasticity range thereof on inner surface thereof. The contact layer 40 is constituted from arrangement of a plurality of discrete bodies 44 that are discretely disposed in a circumferential direction of the longitudinal member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設の長手部材を非侵襲的に把持してその設置場所から低騒音・低振動でかつ簡易に引き抜くことを可能にする技術を提供する。【解決手段】既設の長手部材12を基礎部14から引き抜くために長手部材に着脱可能に装着されるチャック20が開示されている。そのチャック20は、長手部材の外周面を包囲する筒状の接触層40であって、少なくとも半径方向において弾性を有するとともに少なくとも表層において軟質材を有し、当該接触層の内周面において長手部材の外周面に接触するものを有し、さらに、その接触層40を背後から支持する状態で保持する外枠50であって、自身の内面において、接触層を長手部材の外周面にそれの弾性域内において圧縮状態で接触させることによって長手部材を非侵襲的に把持するものを有する。接触層40は、長手部材の周方向に離散的に配置される複数の離散体44の配列によって構成される。【選択図】図1
