To provide a sanitary washing device and a toilet bowl device for enabling a sufficient amount of washing water to be discharged.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device includes a washing nozzle constructed to be moved forward and backward between a storage position and an advance position, device washing parts 6, 53 for discharging water to part of the sanitary washing device and washing it, a washing nozzle water circuit for distributing the washing water discharged from the washing nozzle to the washing nozzle, and device washing water circuits L2-L4 constructed by water circuits each different from the washing nozzle water circuit for distributing the washing water discharged from the device washing parts to the device washing parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
