To provide a sanitary washing device and a toilet bowl device capable of sufficiently removing dirt by using a shutter washing part for washing a shutter part.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device includes a washing nozzle constructed to be moved forward and backward between a storage position and an advance position, a shutter part 52 for opening/closing an opening portion formed on the front side of a function part further than the washing nozzle, and a shutter washing part 6 for discharging washing water to wash the shutter part 52. The flow amount of washing water to be discharged from the shutter washing part 6 is greater than the flow amount of washing water to be discharged from the washing nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
