To provide a sanitary washing device and a toilet bowl device capable of avoiding the shift of a position of discharging washing water from a shutter washing part with respect to a shutter part.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device provided on a function part arranged in a toilet bowl and having a human body washing function includes a washing nozzle constructed to be moved forward and backward between a storage position and an advance position, a shutter part 52 for opening/closing an opening portion formed on the front side of the function part further than the washing nozzle, and a shutter washing part 6 for discharging washing water to wash the shutter part 52, the shutter part 52 being supported on the shutter washing part 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
