To provide a sanitary washing device and a toilet bowl device capable of inhibiting dirt from being left in a function part.SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device includes a washing nozzle constructed to be moved forward and backward between a storage position and an advance position, a nozzle washing part for discharging washing water to wash the washing nozzle, a shutter part for opening/closing an opening portion formed on the front side of the function part further than the washing nozzle, and a shutter washing part for discharging washing water to wash the shutter part. Using the nozzle washing part for finishing the wash of the washing nozzle is followed by using the shutter washing part for finishing the wash of the shutter part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
