To provide a planar temperature adjustment device that does not need a large scale installation work and can be easily installed at any place.SOLUTION: A road heater 2 comprises: a first body part 13 with a first edge 13A along an X direction; a second body part 17 with a second edge 17A along the X direction; a hinge part 20 connecting the first body part 13 and the second body part 17 and making the second body part 17 be able to revolve around a revolving axis along the X direction relative to the first body part 13; a first pipe 14 installed to meander along a plane surface of the first body part 13, and having a first inlet port 141 where fluid is introduced and a first outlet 142 where the fluid is discharged; a second pipe 18 installed to meander a plane surface of the second body part 17, and having a second inlet port 181 where the fluid flowed out from the first outlet 142 is introduced and a second outlet 182 where the fluid is discharged; and a flexible connection pipe 21 connecting the first outlet 142 and the second inlet port 181.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
