SIS Waterproofing Treatment Composition Comprising SIS and Waterproofing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to a waterproofing composition and a waterproofing method using the same. According to the present invention, the waterproofing composition includes: 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 0.1-40 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 5-30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 5-30 parts by weight of a silane compound; 5-30 parts by weight of an anion emulsifier; 5-20 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate; 1-10 parts by weight of caustic soda; 3-20 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 5-20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 5-30 parts by weight of an anti-stripping agent; 3-10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and 1-20 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer, with regard to 100 parts by weight of asphalt. According to the present invention, a coating agent having excellent permeation performance to fine cracks and capillary pores is applied to the waterproofing method. Thus, the waterproofing composition can form an additional protective film and can also strengthen the combination of the interface of a waterproofing agent and concrete bridge surface which is easily damaged by external loads or impacts. Moreover, the waterproofing composition can improve anti-permeability resistance and can remarkably improve durability of the concrete bridge surface.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 석유수지 0.1 내지 40중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 실란화합물 5 내지 30중량부; 음이온 유화제 5 내지 30중량부; 옥틸페놀에톡실레이트 5 내지 20중량부; 가성소다 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 부착증진제 1 내지 20중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등에 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a waterproofing composition and a waterproofing method using the same.
