A Waterproofing Treatment Composition Comprising Seaweed and Waterproofing Methods using Thereof
The present invention relates to a bridge waterproofing agent composition and a waterproofing method using the same. The bridge waterproofing agent composition includes, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 2 to 50 parts by weight of seaweed; 10 to 40 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a dispersant; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 10 to 20 parts by weight of lithium silicate; 3 to 15 parts by weight of paraffin; 1 to 10 parts by weight of bentonite; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 5 to 30 parts by weight of an anti-peeling agent; 3 to 10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and 1 to 3 parts by weight of an antifoaming agent. The bridge waterproofing agent composition according to the present invention can form an additional protective film by applying a coating agent having excellent penetrating performance such as microcracks and capillary pores of concrete to a waterproofing method. The present invention not only strengthens the bond between a concrete bridge surface and a waterproofing agent interface, which are easily damaged by external loads or impacts, but also the present invention can improve the resistance to water permeation and greatly improve the durability of concrete bridges.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 해조류 2 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 10 내지 40중량부; 분산제 1 내지 5중량부; 메틸메타크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 리튬실리케이트 10 내지 20중량부; 파라핀 3 내지 15중량부; 벤토나이트 1 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 20중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 10중량부; 및 소포제 1 내지 3중량부를 포함하는 교면방수제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있다.
