Gasket Structure for Preventing from Vertical Fire Spreading And Outside Insulation System Using the Same
The present invention relates to a gasket structure for preventing vertical fire spreading and an exterior insulation system for preventing vertical fire spreading using the same which are coupled to a frame for exterior finishing material installation installed on an outer wall of a building to block a space between the outer wall and the exterior finishing material to effectively prevent fire spreading in a vertical direction, and have excellent constructability. According to the present invention, the gasket structure for preventing vertical fire spreading comprises: a coupling unit made of a flame retardant resin material to be coupled to a frame installed and separated from an outer wall of a building; and a spreading prevention unit made of a flame retardant resin material, and formed on the coupling unit to be extended towards the outer wall of the building to fill a gap between the outer wall of the building and the frame and block flames and smoke to prevent upward spreading.
본 발명은 건물의 외벽에 설치되는 외장마감재 설치용 프레임에 결합되어 외벽과 외장마감재 사이의 공간을 차단하여 수직 방향으로의 화재 확산을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있으며, 시공성이 우수한 수직 화재확산 방지용 가스켓 구조체 및 이를 이용한 수직 화재확산 방지형 외단열 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 수직 화재확산 방지용 가스켓 구조체는, 난연 수지 재질로 되어 건물의 외벽면에 간격을 두고 설치되는 프레임에 결합되는 결합부와; 난연 수지 재질로 이루어지며, 상기 결합부에 건물의 외벽면을 향해 연장되게 형성되어 건물의 외벽면과 프레임 사이의 간극을 메우면서 화염 및 연기가 상측으로 확산되지 않도록 차단하는 확산방지부;를 포함할 수 있다.
