Construction Method of Outside Insulation System for Preventing from Vertical Fire Spreading
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an external heat insulation system for preventing vertical fire spreading, which is coupled to a frame for constructing an external finishing material installed on an outer wall surface of a building to prevent a gap between the outer wall surface and the external finishing material, thereby preventing a fire from spreading in a vertical direction through the gap between a metal composite panel which is the external finishing material and the outer wall surface of the building. To this end, the method for constructing an external heat insulation system for preventing vertical fire spreading may comprise: a step (S1) of installing a frame on an outer wall surface of a building; a step (S2) of coupling a gasket structure of a non-flammable resin material to the frame such that the gasket structure may fill the gap between the outer wall surface of the building and the frame; and a step (S3) of installing a metal composite panel and a non-flammable insulation material at the frame to cover the outer wall surface of the building.
본 발명은 건물의 외벽면에 설치되는 외장마감재 시공용 프레임에 결합되면서 외벽면과 외장마감재 사이의 공간을 차단함으로써 외장마감재인 금속복합패널과 건물의 외벽면 사이의 공간을 통해 화재가 수직 방향으로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 수직 화재확산 방지형 외단열 시스템의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 수직 화재확산 방지형 외단열 시스템의 시공방법은, (S1) 건물의 외벽면에 프레임을 설치하는 단계; (S2) 상기 프레임에 난연 수지 재질로 된 가스켓 구조체를 결합하여, 가스켓 구조체가 건물의 외벽면과 프레임 사이의 간극을 메우는 단계; (S3) 건물의 외벽면을 덮도록 상기 프레임에 금속복합패널 및 난연성 단열재를 설치하는 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다.
