Barrier for Preventing from Vertical Fire Spreading And Outside Insulation System Using the Same
The present invention relates to a barrier for preventing vertical fire spreading for an external heat insulation system and an external heat insulation system having the same, which block the gap between insulation materials among the insulation materials vertically arranged on an outer wall surface of a building while covering the outer surface of the insulation materials, thereby protecting the insulation materials from a fire when one breaks out, and preventing the fire from spreading in a vertical direction through the gap between the insulation materials and an external finishing material. To this end, the barrier for preventing vertical fire spreading for an external heat insulation system according to the present invention comprises: a core plate of a metal material; and a fire-resistive cover surrounding the outer surface of the core plate, and made of a thermal expansion non-flammable resin material which is foamed by heat in case of a fire. Therefore, the present invention is inserted between a plurality of insulation materials attached on the outer surface of a building to prevent a fire from spreading in a vertical direction along the outer wall surface.
본 발명은 건물의 외벽면에 상하로 배치되는 단열재 사이사이에서 단열재 사이를 차단함과 동시에 단열재의 외면을 덮도록 하여, 화재 발생시 단열재를 화재로부터 보호함과 더불어 단열재와 외장마감재 사이의 공간을 통해 화재가 수직 방향으로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 외단열 시스템용 수직 화재확산 방지 배리어 및 이를 갖는 외단열 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 외단열 시스템용 수직 화재확산 방지 배리어는, 금속 재질의 코어플레이트와; 상기 코어플레이트의 외면을 둘러싸며 화재시 열에 의해 발포하는 열팽창성 난연 수지 재질로 된 내화커버를 포함하여, 건물의 외벽면에 부착되는 복수의 단열재 사이에 삽입되어 화재가 외벽면을 따라 수직 방향으로 확산되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
