BLOCK MANUFACTURED BY RECYCLING WASTED ASCON AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING KEEPING BLOCK
A resource recycling block, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method thereof are introduced. The manufacturing method of a resource recycling block according to the present invention comprises: a process of crushing waste ascon and sorting the same by particle size; a primary mixing process of mixing recycled aggregate selected from waste ascon, a room temperature type regeneration additive and cement; a secondary mixing process of adding cement, new aggregate, and water to materials in which the primary mixing process has been performed and mixing the same; a process of inserting the materials in which the secondary mixing process has been performed into a mold; and a process of vibrating and pressurizing the materials inserted into the mold and collecting the materials from the mold; and a process of curing. The present invention has an advantage of recycling waste ascon.
자원 재활용 블록 및 그 제조방법 그리고, 그 시공방법이 소개된다. 본 발명의 자원 재활용 블록 제조방법은 폐아스콘을 분쇄하여 입자 크기별로 선별하는 과정; 폐아스콘으로부터 선별된 순환골재와 상온형 재생첨가제 및 시멘트를 혼합하는 1차 혼합과정; 상기 1차 혼합과정이 진행된 재료에 시멘트, 신골재, 물을 첨가하여 혼합하는 2차 혼합과정; 2차 혼합과정이 진행된 재료를 형틀에 투입하는 과정; 형틀에 투입된 재료를 진동하고, 가압하고, 상기 형틀로부터 수거하는 과정; 및 양생하는 과정;을 포함한다.
