The present invention relates to a substrate processing apparatus, which can prevent byproducts from condensing on walls of a processing chamber, and more particularly to a substrate processing apparatus capable of performing a processing on a large area substrate. Disclosed in the present invention is the substrate processing apparatus comprising: a process chamber (100) having a processing space in which a substrate is processed, and including an opening part (110) formed on at least one side; a first insulating part (200) fixedly installed on an inner surface of the process chamber (100) to cover at least a part of the inner surface of the process chamber (100); a second insulating part (300) installed in connection with the first insulating part (200) at a location corresponding to the opening part (110); and a fixed connecting part (400) connecting the first insulating part (200) with the second insulating part (300) such that the second insulating part (300) is supported in connection with the first insulating part (200).
본 발명은 기판처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 대면적 기판에 대한 처리를 수행할 수 있는 기판처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 내부에 기판이 처리되는 처리공간이 형성되며, 적어도 일면에 형성된 개구부(110)를 포함하는 공정챔버(100)와; 상기 공정챔버(100) 내면 중 적어도 일부를 커버하도록 상기 공정챔버(100) 내면에 고정 설치되는 제1단열부(200)와; 상기 개구부(110)에 대응되는 위치에 상기 제1단열부(200)와 연결되어 설치되는 제2단열부(300)와; 상기 제2단열부(300)가 상기 제1단열부(200)에 연결되어 지지되도록, 상기 제1단열부(200)와 상기 제2단열부(300) 사이를 연결하는 고정결합부(400)를 포함하는 기판처리장치를 개시한다.
