FIELD: woodworking industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to glued wooden structures. The method for manufacturing a structural material includes the preparation and gluing of several layers of slats, the slats are made from the waste of format cutting of plywood, the outer layers of the structural material are made of strips stacked closely along the longitudinal axis of the material, each inner odd layer is made of strips stacked at a distance from each other along the longitudinal axis of the material, forming longitudinal cavities, each inner even layer is made of laths, laid at a distance from each other and at an angle of 35-55° to the longitudinal axis of the material, and each subsequent even layer is laid mirror-like, while the glue is applied only to the even layers.EFFECT: reduction of the specific weight of structural material, rational use of plywood production waste due to efficient processing of waste from format cutting of plywood, reduction of glue consumption per unit of production, expansion of the range of products.1 cl, 1 dwg

Технический результат – снижение удельного веса конструкционного материала, рациональное использование отходов фанерного производства за счет эффективной переработки отходов от форматной обрезки фанеры, снижение расхода клея на единицу продукции, расширение ассортимента выпускаемой продукции. Способ изготовления конструкционного материала включает подготовку и склеивание нескольких слоев реек, рейки выполняют из отходов форматной обрезки фанеры, наружные слои конструкционного материала выполняют из реек, укладываемых вплотную вдоль продольной оси материала, каждый внутренний нечетный слой выполняют из реек, укладываемых на расстоянии друг от друга вдоль продольной оси материала, образуя продольные полости, каждый внутренний четный слой выполняют из реек, укладываемых на расстоянии друг от друга и под углом 35-55° к продольной оси материала, причем каждый последующий четный слой укладывают зеркально, при этом клей наносят только на четные слои. 1 ил.
