The invention discloses an outer wall cleaning robot and a cleaning method thereof. The outer wall cleaning robot comprises a seat frame, and first sliding rails are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the upper and lower walls of an inner cavity of the seat frame. A lifting motor device is slidably connected between the two first sliding rails. The lifting motor device is rotationally connected with a lifting rotating shaft; an overhanging end of the lifting rotating shaft penetrates through the side wall of the seat frame and is fixedly connected with a winding roller; a hoisting rope iswound on the winding roller, the bottom end of the hoisting rope is fixedly connected with a base frame, a plurality of fixing rods are evenly arranged at the outer side end of the base frame, all thefixing rods are jointly connected with a second sliding rail, a sliding groove is formed in the second sliding rail, and a cleaning mechanism is slidably connected to the sliding groove; an electrictelescopic device extends out of a telescopic rod to push the winding roller to move rightwards, so that the whole cleaning mechanism is far away from the outer wall, the cleaning mechanism continuesto descend through the lifting motor device, the cleaning mechanism crosses obstacles, the whole obstacle crossing process is very simple, operation is convenient, and cleaning work can be smoothly carried out.
本发明公开了一种外墙清洗机器人及其清洗方法,包括座架,座架的内腔上下壁对称固定安装有第一滑轨,两个第一滑轨之间滑动连接有升降电机装置,升降电机装置上转动连接有升降转轴,升降转轴的悬伸端贯穿座架的侧壁且固定连接有卷扬辊,卷扬辊上绕设有吊装绳索,吊装绳索的底端固定连接有基架,基架的外侧端均匀的设有若干固定杆,所有的固定杆共同连接有第二滑轨,第二滑轨上设有滑槽,滑槽上滑动连接清洗机构;通过电动伸缩装置伸出伸缩杆,进而推动卷扬辊向右运动,使得整个清洗机构远离外墙,进而通过升降电机装置继续降下清洗机构,使得清洗机构越过障碍物,整个越障过程十分简单,操作方便,有利于清洗工作的顺利展开。
