The first asphalt surface layer, the second asphalt surface layer and thethird asphalt surface layer are formed by paving asphalt concrete, and the asphalt concrete comprises 100 parts of asphalt, 100 to 110 parts of talcum powder, 50 to 60 parts of granite powder, 50 to60 parts of basalt powder, 25 to 30 parts of zircon powder, 25 to 30 parts of dolomite powder, 25 to 30 parts of calcite powder, 25 to 30 parts of fluorite powder, 5 to 6 parts of polyphenyl methyl siloxane, 0.3 to 0.5 parts of damascone, and 0.5 to 1 part of methyl stearate. The asphalt concrete pavement prepared through the asphalt concrete pavement construction method is kept stable in a cold region and is not prone to cracking, the repair frequency is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
