The invention discloses an underground pipe network underwater intelligent desilting robot and a desilting method thereof.The underground pipe network underwater intelligent desilting robot comprises a crawler chassis, a vehicle body and a hinge suction device, and a crawler frame of the crawler chassis is hinged to a chassis frame; the reaming and sucking device comprises reamer mechanisms and a reamer deformation mechanism, and the reamer mechanisms are symmetrically hinged to the two sides of the reamer deformation mechanism. Linear telescopic devices are symmetrically arranged between the two sides of the vehicle body and the track frame, so that the angle position of the track frame can be changed relative to the chassis frame. The hinge suction device can change the vertical position relative to the vehicle body. The device can adapt to circular and square culverts at the same time, and the task requirement of continuous pipeline dredging operation is met.
