The invention provides a hydrated calcium silicate fiber reinforced cement-based composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that C-S-H and absolute ethyl alcohol are evenly mixed, and then the structure of hydrated calcium silicate is destroyed through ultrasonic dispersion; then standing and separating to obtain supernatant liquid, and drying to obtain nano-sheet C-S-H; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing nano-sheet C-S-H in deionized water, then adding PVA, heating and stirring at 95 +/-5 DEG C, cooling to 60 +/-5 DEG C after fully mixing, and stirring to remove bubbles to obtain a mixed solution as a spinning solution; using a saturated sodium sulfate aqueous solution as a coagulating bath, and spinning the spinning solution by using a wet spinning technology to obtain nascent fibers; the nascent fiber is subjected to two times of extension, the nascent fiber is firstly subjected to extension at 60 DEG C, then the fiber subjected to first-time extension is subjected to extension at 100 DEG C, and a C-S-H/PVA hybrid fiber is obtained; cement, stone, sand, water, a water reducing agent and the C-S-H/PVA hybrid fiber are used as raw materials, and the hydrated calcium silicate fiber reinforced cement-based composite material is obtained through molding. The problems that concrete is prone to cracking and high in brittleness can be solved.
本发明提供一种水化硅酸钙纤维增强水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,包括步骤:将C‑S‑H与无水乙醇均匀混合,然后通过超声分散对水化硅酸钙结构破坏;随后静置分离得到上层清液,干燥得到纳米片状C‑S‑H;将纳米片状C‑S‑H分散于去离子水中,然后加入PVA并在95±5℃加热和搅拌,充分混合后降至60℃±5℃并搅拌去除气泡,得到混合溶液作为纺丝原液;以饱和硫酸钠水溶液作为凝固浴,利用湿法纺丝技术将纺丝原液进行纺丝,得到初生纤维;将初生纤维进行2次延伸,先在60℃下进行延伸,再将第一次延伸后的纤维在100℃下进行延伸,获得C‑S‑H/PVA杂化纤维;以水泥、石、砂、水、减水剂、C‑S‑H/PVA杂化纤维为原料,成型得到水化硅酸钙纤维增强水泥基复合材料。本发明可以解决混凝土易开裂、脆性大的问题。
